01

Procurement supplier selection

Lantek uses its decades of industry expertise and established relationships to minimize counterfeit entering the supply chain. We pride ourselves on our robust supplier onboarding process and our supplier performance management to minimize risk when working with both new and established suppliers.
02

Receiving, inspecting & examining goods

Our highly qualified team of inspectors  runs a rigorous component inspection program. All incoming electronic goods are photographed, inspected, and tested as required to verify their authenticity and integrity.
03

Quality objectives

Lantek is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality assurance and accountability. Through integrated quality processes, which are regularly reviewed and monitored by internal audits and benchmarked against our key quality objectives, we continually strive to improve and strengthen our quality management system.
04

Process tracking

Quality and inspection processes are meticulously recorded in our internal system. Each component is barcoded and tracked at every stage, from supplier delivery note right though to customer despatch. These records are accessible to team members globally, guaranteeing a consistent quality approach in everything we do.
05

External testing and value-added services

Lantek works with a selection of trusted support partners who assist in further testing to ensure part authentication and substandard quality mitigation. Local to the supply chain, these accredited test houses provide inspection to AS6081 requirements, check RoHS compliance and perform a range of other testing designed to fit customer’s specific needs. Other value-added services include lead trimming and scanning, taping and reeling and IC programming.
